Safe Entry
Security Procedures & Venue Policies

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, performers, and staff, the North Shore Center has implemented enhanced safety procedures for all events.

All guests are required to have a valid ticket, pass, or credential to enter the venue. Upon arrival, guests and carried items such as purses or bags are subject to visual inspection and hand-held metal detection screening. We encourage guests to arrive early and limit the number of items they bring to help expedite entry.

No Outside Food or Drink Containers Permitted
Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the theatre. This includes thermoses, bottled water, reusable water bottles, travel mugs, flasks, and other beverage containers.
Safe Entry
Bag Policy
Bags larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches are not permitted. Diaper bags and medical bags are allowed but will be subject to inspection. Clear bags are encouraged. Guests may return prohibited items to their vehicle or dispose of them prior to entry. The venue is unable to store personal items, and re-entry is not permitted once a ticket has been scanned.
