Talking monkeys, shape-shifting deer, and ten-headed demons, this performance introduces audiences to beloved cultural traditions of Asia through creative storytelling!
Mandala South Asian Performing Arts connects audiences and students with the vibrancy, flavors and colors of the performing arts traditions of South Asia. From Persia to Indonesia, Mandala envisions a transnational world of exuberant exchange and artistic celebration through a powerful engagement with unique and expert dancers, musicians, storytellers, artists and educators whose passion keeps diasporic communities vibrant and visible.
